The distro: zine distribution center started in June of 2001. The first and only distro in South Texas. The only distro focused on getting POC’s projects out there.

Artists/Artesanias:
Let me know what you produce, and what is the retail cost. Also what would be the cost to buy wholesale. After a discussion through email or by phone, I will ask to see a sample. I will start with purchasing 5-10 pieces or art or crafts per artista. For more expenisive and larger artwork, we will provide contact information, images and cost. In an email, also include where else your work is found, gallery showings, website, mailing address and any other information you’d like to include.

Musicians/Bands:
Please inquire before sending any sample material. In an email, provide wholesale cost, retail cost, how long your band or other has been together, band website, if the cd/tape is self-published or professionally recorded, and where else can your work be found. Note: At one point, you may be asked to forward lyrics in an email.

We are always looking for new zines, chapbooks, pins, and other material for the tiendita. If you are interested in having your zines or project distroed by us, please print out the following form or handwrite the info. It includes all the info that is needed for possible consideration.

: Payment method

We pay wholesale for items we carry. Wholesale cost is usually calculated at between 40-60% of the cost to the public. Say for example your zine is $2, you would sell it to the distro for $1. We usually buy between 10-20 items at once.
